Phone Cleaner – Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Phone Cleaner mobile application (the “App”) provided by CloudVoir (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play terms.

2. What the App does (and does not promise)

Phone Cleaner helps you free up storage and optimize your device by finding duplicate and large media, compressing photos and videos, cleaning up your gallery, and managing installed apps, by reading content already present on your device.

  • Cleaning and optimization are provided on a best-effort basis. The amount of space recoverable and any performance improvement depend on your device and its files.
  • Deleting files and uninstalling apps is permanent and cannot be undone. You are solely responsible for reviewing items before cleaning, and we are not responsible for any data you choose to delete.
  • The App only removes the files or apps you select or confirm, and is intended only for use on a device you own or are authorized to use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App to delete, modify, or access files or apps that you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
  • Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or privacy-violating purpose.
  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law.
  • Remove or interfere with advertisements, or attempt to bypass, disrupt, or overload the App or its services.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Advertisements, subscriptions, and third-party services

The App is free to download and supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob, and it uses Google Firebase services (Analytics and Crashlytics). Your use of these is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party ad content or external sites linked from ads.

The App also offers an optional paid Pro subscription, which may include a free trial. Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play account and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play under Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments, refunds, free trials, and price changes are handled in accordance with Google Play’s terms and policies.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design, code, logos, and content (excluding your own data and third-party content) are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. You use the App at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, files, photos, profits, or device functionality arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including files or apps you choose to delete.

8. Updates and availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice. The App may also require updates from Google Play to keep functioning; you are responsible for installing them.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
